The defining setup is a shared home: a rookie producer must train the delinquent girl he tried to recruit after she becomes his assigned trainee.
What is IdolDays?
IdolDays is a love-adventure game about a young man working for an agency that manages underground idol groups.
After discovering a girl with a striking singing voice, he tries to recruit her, but she refuses. The next day, he is assigned to supervise her and discovers that she is the same girl. Tsubaki Akanesaki has lost several jobs after getting into fights, yet she has a strong sense of justice and no clear ambition.
Without a place to live, she moves in with the protagonist while gradually becoming interested in idols. The story follows their shared life through separate routes and endings. Character illustrations use the E-mote engine for smooth movement, and the setting is based on an actual Japanese town.
