Our take on I Can See the Future
Repeated death is not simply a full reset: Adam can return before a fatal mistake, but other actions remain in place. This replaces the usual retry structure with a narrower form of time reversal, where not every error can be undone.
What is I Can See the Future?
Adam is a human law-enforcement savant in an alternative reality ruled by bureaucracy, where lycanthropes and vampires live peacefully among humans with equal rights.
His supernatural ability lets him foresee the future. When Adam dies, he returns to a moment when he could have avoided that death, but he cannot undo actions unrelated to the fatal event. The game includes puzzles, dangerous enemies, destructible objects, and several endings. Lighting affects some locations, making it difficult to see who is hiding in darkness. Dense vegetation offers places to hide from humans. The story is nonlinear, and mistakes can produce consequences that remain after Adam returns.
