What is Homeworld Defense?
Protect planets from recurring asteroid waves while investigating their cause and the aliens attacking them.
The game features 10 worlds named after the ancient beliefs of the colonists who settled them. Destroyed asteroids leave dark matter, which can be collected to unlock additional worlds and weapons. Resources for weapons are gathered while defending the planets. When dark matter is insufficient to open a new weapon or world, players can return to a world they have already visited and collect more. The game connects planetary defense with resource gathering and discovery as players work to protect their homeworld from the threat.
