A radio transmission from Irene sends the player on a dangerous road trip through environments filled with zombies. The game includes a seven-level story mode, wave shooting, and an endless survival mode with procedurally generated stages. Players can use eight weapons, including pistols, a spear, crossbow, grenade launcher, shotgun, and zombie shredder. Weapons, the motorcycle, and the character can be upgraded for speed, damage, and accuracy. Five zombie types appear across four difficulty settings.
