Our take on HAZAMA_QUEEN
Its defining combat constraint is the need to absorb YAMI from defeated demons, since failing to collect it causes Mary's immediate death while she fights with separate melee and weapon hands.
What is HAZAMA_QUEEN?
HAZAMA_QUEEN is a fast first-person shooter set in a demon-filled hell.
Playing as Mary, a 20-year-old warrior, players fight demons with a right-hand melee attack and a switchable weapon in the left hand. The lever-action rifle requires reloading, creating opportunities to strike with the right hand while maintaining attacks. Defeated enemies release YAMI, which must be absorbed to prevent Mary's immediate death. The game includes encounters with named enemies such as Circle Crasher, whose head can be grabbed to release YAMI. Its story follows Mary, a member of the 36th generation of warriors who have fought demons targeting people's YAMI, as she enters hell to defeat the Demon King.
