Our take on Happiness Drops!
Rather than centering on a lone score chase, the game places its falling-block matches inside character battles, a story mode, and a local two-player format. Its special abilities also add a reversal mechanic to the standard matching structure.
What is Happiness Drops!?
Match three or more gems of one color to remove them as new pieces descend.
The game features five magical girls, each with a distinct personality, and special abilities that can reverse a match. Story mode follows individual characters in battles against other girls. Endless mode continues through successive opponents, while Versus supports two players competing locally, with handicap settings for differences in skill. Unlockable achievements reveal illustrations. The characters originated in the 2005 Japanese adventure game "Happiness! ", but knowledge of that work is not required.
