Progress involves clearing a path through hostile characters toward a world free from propaganda. The game has no story and focuses on gameplay. It includes 50 basic levels, four bosses, and 20 additional levels containing bonus games. More than 30 types of warring characters appear across the game. Seven syringes can be combined in different arrangements. Timing is generally unrestricted, and the player can accelerate freely with the middle mouse button. The game is presented as a PC title rather than a mobile port.
