Our take on Gunlock
Rather than centering on a long progression, Gunlock frames its platforming around short score runs. Its one-hit death rule and combo-linked reloading tie survival and scoring together within that compact format.
What is Gunlock?
Gunlock is a score-chasing arcade platformer built around short runs and a one-hit death rule.
Stomping enemies raises the combo multiplier and reloads ammunition; ammo pickups refill supplies and switch the player to a random gun. Coins can be spent on guns and color palettes. The game includes more than a dozen unlockable guns, three stages with Steam leaderboards, secrets, and three giant bosses. Its brief sessions are intended to support runs of about five minutes, with enough content for several hours of play.
