Our take on Graveyard Architect
The bounce point is the phase change after daytime cemetery work. Players who are comfortable placing decorations and handling burials may still hit a wall when poor upkeep triggers an undead attack and the game shifts into survival combat.
What is Graveyard Architect?
Graveyard Architect splits its gameplay into daytime and nighttime stages.
During the day, players complete orders, bury the properly delivered dead, and decorate the cemetery. They must also arrange the grounds so rebellious residents have difficulty reaching them. Daytime choices influence the night phase: insufficient decoration, clutter, and other unfavorable activities can cause the dead to rise from their graves. When night arrives, players fight the undead and try to prevent them from leaving the cemetery until dawn. The game combines cemetery construction and upkeep with a nighttime survival challenge, making the condition and arrangement of the burial grounds part of the threat management.
How Graveyard Architect plays

- 02Nighttime undead attacks
- Unfavorable daytime conditions can cause cemetery residents to rise and attack after dark.
- 03Movement obstacles
