What is Gold Rush! 2?
In 1869, brothers Jake and Jerrod Wilson leave their successful California mine and travel home on the newly built Transcontinental Railroad.
They carry evidence that could send William Tweed to prison. Tweed, a former acquaintance, now holds political influence in Brooklyn and commands a gang involved in theft and extortion. After learning that the brothers are returning, he plans to prevent them from reaching home. The game presents this conflict through a new story and quests from the developer of the original game. Its presentation includes more than 80 prerendered images, animated full-HD scenes, voice performances, and newly recorded music. Point-and-click controls guide the adventure, while subtitles are available in English or German.
