Our take on Fourtex Jugo
The defining constraint is the void: creating it starts a turn-based limit, while avoiding particle contact with void tiles is required for the highest three-star rating.
What is Fourtex Jugo?
Fourtex Jugo is a single-player strategy puzzler played on a grid of tiles.
Each level starts with a layout and a target score. Players combine three tiers of particles according to rules, eventually creating void tiles. These voids impose a turn-based limit and can interact with particles, so their timing and placement affect the result. Levels award one to three stars: one for completion, two for using voids to pursue higher scores, and three for reaching the target without particle contact with voids. The game includes handcrafted campaign levels, daily layouts that refresh every 24 hours, leaderboards with playback, achievements, statistics, Steam Cloud support, and controller, keyboard, and mouse input.
How Fourtex Jugo plays
- 01Three-star scoring
- Completing a level earns one star, while higher ratings require stronger scores and, for three stars, no particle contact with voids.
