Our take on FleetCOMM
The defining detail is the Fleet Codex, a real-time tool for creating and experimenting with squadron maneuvers.
What is FleetCOMM?
FleetCOMM is a 2D tactical combat game set in 2115, 300 light years from Earth.
Players command an unnamed drone officer sent to reclaim the deserted military stronghold Vigrior. The mission lasts 96 hours: a nano-based infection carried through transmission threatens to overtake the commander’s mind, establishing a countdown for this one-way operation. Players create, practice, and carry out formations for combat drones in space. The Fleet Codex functions as a live maneuver editor, letting players build and test tactics while arranging squadrons through a playbook-style interface. Battles favor open-ended engagements and experimentation directed by the player.
How FleetCOMM plays

- 02Squadron Formations
- The maneuver system uses formation-based planning presented as a football playbook.
- 0396-Hour Story Deadline
