Our take on Turnament
The store page presents several modes and level-sharing options, but the authored campaign lasts only 2 hours. The broader play offering therefore depends partly on generated stages, remixed campaign levels, and content made by players.
What is Turnament?
Turnament casts the player as a space-mining apprentice piloting a seeker.
Crystals must be collected while grid sections are turned to destroy enemy drones before they destroy the seeker. The single-player campaign lasts 2 hours. Endless Mode generates levels from seed numbers and includes unlockables, while Challenge Mode remixes campaign stages. An in-game level editor supports creating and uploading custom stages. Player-made levels can also be downloaded and played. An internet connection is required for uploading and downloading levels. The game includes a space-themed soundtrack by Muddasheep featuring KAON and Veven, with character art by Elhyana Guillaume. It was also released on major consoles under the name Turn to Mine.
