Our take on Fallen Flowers
The game ties progression to equipment improvement, but re-equipping upgraded items adds a required step before the changes take effect. Its focus on one memory-centered story also leaves less room for broad exploration or varied gameplay systems.
What is Fallen Flowers?
Fallen Flowers follows Da Liana, a heroine who wakes with no memory inside an unfamiliar mansion.
A girl beside her claims to be her sister and offers to guide her toward the missing memories. Enemies obstruct the search, and defeating them advances Da Liana’s abilities until the story reveals its truth and reaches its real ending. Equipment can be improved at a church statue, but upgraded items must be equipped again. Enemies may drop materials used for equipment upgrades. Keyboard controls use the arrow keys for movement, Z to confirm, and X to open the menu or cancel. The story presents memory fragments that initially form under the girl’s guidance before an accident changes the situation.
