ActionIs Fabric Of Reality worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Action-game players who enjoy surviving successive enemy waves rather than exploring a story-led world.
- Players who like building attack patterns from collectible cards and modifiers rather than relying on a fixed attack.
- Roguelite fans who want between-run unlocks and adjustable game modes rather than a single unchanging ruleset.
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players who prefer a short, self-contained encounter may find the 100-wave run structure too extended.
- Players who want a fixed challenge may not enjoy procedurally generated runs and modes that can be combined.
- Players looking for a narrative-focused adventure may prefer a game built around story progression.
Our take on Fabric Of Reality
The central twist is that the player is described as the bullet hell: attack cards trigger in real time, turning card collection and customization into the way attacks unfold during each wave.
What is Fabric Of Reality?
Fabric of Reality is a top-down roguelite built around surviving 100 waves of enemies.
During each run, collect attack cards with distinct bullet patterns, then customize them with modifiers and effects that can upgrade attacks or inflict debuffs. A boss appears every 10 waves. Between runs, spend earned gold in a tech tree to unlock characters, permanent upgrades, cards, modifiers, effects, and game modes. Runs are procedurally generated, and game modes can be combined to change how a run plays. Characters have individual attacks, ultimate abilities, and stats; stats can be upgraded by recycling cards or through synergies. The game includes more than 25 enemy types, each with four variants.
