What is Eydigard?
Eydigard is a third-person co-op action RPG set in Northern Norway in the early 16th century.
As a mercenary with animal-shifting abilities, players fight mythical creatures, explore the fjords, and reclaim abandoned farms as bases. Different animal forms provide skills for combat, stealth, and puzzles, shaping how encounters are approached. Restored farms can be upgraded and developed into settlements. Players also deal with rival clans: decisions affect relationships, clan politics, and nearby communities. The game can be played solo or in groups of up to 6. Its setting draws on Norwegian and Sámi folklore, including creatures such as trolls, hulders, and vettirs, against a backdrop of plague-struck farmland and historical fantasy.
