Our take on Experiment Gone Rogue
The store presentation foregrounds the escape fantasy and a long list of activities, but the playable scope described here is primarily a VR combat experience with climbing, vehicles, and boss encounters. The lighter activities appear as side diversions rather than the central structure.
What is Experiment Gone Rogue?
Set in a future where the Cirinians control Earth, Experiment Gone Rogue casts the player as a genetically modified soldier who escapes from an alien-run research facility.
The game centers on first-person VR combat against the beings responsible for the experiments. Players can use different firearms, wield two weapons at once, uncover improved weapon versions, and destroy parts of the environment. Traversal includes climbing at dangerous heights, smooth movement, teleportation, and riding flying vehicles. The campaign also includes several boss encounters and interactive downtime activities, including eating cupcakes and visiting a go-go bar. The story presents the player character as a weapon created for warfare before turning against its creators.

Experiment Gone Rogue compared to similar games
Hentai Vs Furries is a third-person shooter with several camera angles, quests that unlock skins, emotes, and a main mode alongside a separate pleasure mode. Experiment Gone Rogue instead uses VR presentation, first-person weapon handling, climbing, destructible environments, vehicle sections, and boss battles. The other listed games do not provide a sufficiently similar action-shooter scope for comparison.
