Our take on Evolution of Ages: Settlements
Rather than stopping at settlement growth in one historical period, the game makes technological progression its central arc, spanning 10 eras from stone tools to space-age development. Resource limits, character specialization, crafting, and the threat of repeating humanity’s destruction replace a standard expansion-only structure.
What is Evolution of Ages: Settlements?
Manage resources and crafting output in limited settlement space after civilisation has collapsed.
Recruit characters, customize their names, appearance, voices, feats, skills, and equipment, then develop specialists across 10 technological eras, from the Stone Age to the Space Age. Place more than 100 buildings, research technologies, seek new land, and choose the pace of advancement. Crafting includes more than 1,000 items, books, and recipes. Characters can train in 15 skills at once, while world skills affect all settlements. Scout for information about the Blight, gain diplomacy points by helping people outside settlements, and face monsters, bosses, settlement threats, and a Doomsday system across 5 difficulty settings.
