Our take on Eternam
The defining setup places a space marshal inside a planetary funpark built from more than half a dozen recreated human eras, including ancient Egypt and the French Revolution.
What is Eternam?
Eternam follows Don Jonz, an intergalactic space marshal spending a virtual holiday at a planetary amusement park.
He travels through 3D settings based on over six periods of human history, from ancient Egypt and medieval Europe to the French Revolution. Bio-tech life forms fill these environments and make wry comments. Dragoons intend to take back control of the park and ally themselves with Mikhal Nuke, Jonz’s longtime rival. Tracy, a member of the park’s coordination staff, has escaped into its computer network and contacts Jonz through a screen. To deal with the dangers threatening his holiday, Jonz must use intuition, courage, wit, diplomacy, charm and surreal humor.
