Our take on En Tactico
Instead of treating combat as a series of attacks, the game makes approach direction and move order the main tactical concerns. Its win condition also reverses a familiar expectation: acting last is presented as the decisive advantage.
What is En Tactico?
En Tactico is a turn-based strategy game built around positioning figures on tactical levels.
Each level requires eliminating every opposing figure before advancing. Enemy pieces can be destroyed by moving onto them from the side or rear, and the same positional rule applies to the player’s figure. Turn order is central: the figure that moves last wins. Some stages include teleports, which can alter the sequence of turns and create additional movement options. Progression consists of completing one level and then proceeding to the next test.
How En Tactico plays
- 01Angle-Based Attacks
- Figures are defeated by reaching them from behind or from either side, and this rule also affects the player character.
- 02Turn-Order Tactics
- Winning depends on controlling which figure takes the final move.
- 03Teleport Stages
- Certain levels contain teleports that can change the order in which figures act.
