Our take on Elohim Eternal: The Babel Code
Players who expect a light opening may hit a wall when Joshwa's mission turns into a story about buried religious secrets, a deadly cult, and the threat of destruction from the gods. The combat also asks players to pay attention to weaknesses and shields rather than relying only on straightforward attacks.
What is Elohim Eternal: The Babel Code?
Play as Joshwa Asa, a soldier sent into enemy territory to retrieve a sacred code.
As buried secrets emerge and a cult tries to conceal them, he must reconsider his beliefs and seek the truth before the gods unleash destruction. The adventure combines fantasy and science fiction with ideas drawn from ancient Jewish, Christian, Babylonian, Sumerian, and Egyptian religions. Battles use turn-based combat: reveal enemy weaknesses, attack with divine magic, and use magic to increase character power or break enemy shields. Equip characters with elemental and divine magic, weapons, and armor to face enemies, including mechanical beasts and foes sent by the gods.
