Our take on Duplicado
Rather than using a fixed collection of handcrafted stages, this puzzle game moves from a short tutorial into an ongoing generated landscape. Its main departure is the combination of distinct piece rules and strict move ordering, with progression adding three harder tiers.
What is Duplicado?
Duplicado is a sliding puzzle game set in an avocado orchard.
Four avocado pieces have distinct movement rules, and each level requires placing every seed onto soil and water tiles. The sequence of moves matters, with some solutions requiring pieces to be used in particular ways. After tutorial stages, the game presents procedurally generated puzzles in a continuous landscape. Completing levels unlocks three additional difficulty tiers with more challenging puzzles. The interface includes reset and undo controls, settings, and a button for sharing puzzle codes with friends. Levels can be played in fullscreen or in a smaller window, supporting brief sessions or longer periods of puzzle solving.
