Our take on Draw Souls
Its defining structure is the day-night cycle: daytime is used for exploration, resource collection, and development, then nighttime turns those preparations into defense against invading enemies.
What is Draw Souls?
Draw Souls combines daytime exploration with nighttime tower defense.
During the day, players move through the world, gather resources, develop the protagonist, and use collected materials to create summoned creatures. At night, enemy forces attack, requiring management of skills and summoned units to survive. A sufficiently developed team can launch an assault on the enemy base and complete the level after defeating it. Victories offer a choice of rewards for improving abilities before the next battle. The game contains 6 levels, each with 4 difficulty settings, and adds content to unlock across the levels. It also includes more than 30 soldier types, achievements, mouse-based drawing, and Steam Workshop support for sharing creature drawings.
