Our take on Dragon Evo
The description gives substantial attention to factions, card progression and online matches, but the central activity is still tactical card play: managing resources, placing cards and combining effects. The separate settlement-builder mention concerns another game, not Dragon Evo.
What is Dragon Evo?
Dragon Evo is a fantasy card game built around deck construction and tactical battles.
Each match starts with a 15-card deck and a hero card, with equipment cards adding to the deck. Playing cards and moving them across the board costs gold, action points or both. Building cards can affect resources, while event cards introduce additional effects during a match. Attacks use close-combat, ranged, flying or burrowing categories. Players can choose among three factions with different specializations. Single-player options include campaign and adventure modes; online play offers ranked and unranked matches against friends or other players. Matches earn card packs, and duplicate cards can be combined to upgrade cards and unlock equipment.
