Our take on DESYNC
The store copy gives equal weight to atmosphere, weapon variety, and creativity, but the clearest structure is score-focused combat across individual levels. Leaderboards and altered challenge zones point toward repeated performance runs rather than a broader campaign experience.
What is DESYNC?
DESYNC is a single-player first-person shooter built around fast combat and score chasing.
Players switch between weapons and movement options to trigger Attack Sequences, special attacks that add damage and effects. Combat encounters support improvised combinations, such as blasting enemies into traps or attacking airborne targets. Weapons include multiple firing modes for different approaches, while enemies use varied offensive and defensive abilities. Each level has a leaderboard for tracking scores and improvement. Aberration Zones alter the core rules to create additional challenges. The game presents its digital setting through poly-neon visuals, a dark atmosphere, and a soundtrack by Daniel Deluxe and VolkorX.
How DESYNC plays
