The class roster and turret objectives give matches distinct combat roles and goals, but the focus stays on arena fights. That leaves little room for exploration or a campaign-style progression beyond class upgrades and abilities.
What is DEPLOYMENT?
Deployment is a competitive top-down shooter set in a digital war over computer systems.
Players choose from five classes—Gunner, Pyro, Sniper, Cyclops, and Rocketeer—with different skills and playstyles. Battles take place in randomly generated arenas, in 5v5 matches or free-for-all. Capturing and defending system turrets provides tactical advantages during fights. Players earn experience, upgrade classes, and unlock abilities, with class customization and leaderboards also included. Multiplayer battles can be played with a squad, or solo against AI bots for practice. The setting follows infosoldiers fighting to control the Etherweb, the network that manages systems such as energy, transport, and factories.
