Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking combat-focused horror, since the stated objective centers on gathering parts and avoiding creatures

- Players looking for a broad open-world adventure, since the game follows one forest-escape goal
Our take on Death Forest Abyss
The restart structure creates a clear trade-off: the escape objective stays focused, but a death erases the current attempt. Optional memory objects add exploration, while the core route remains centered on collecting parts and avoiding contact.
What is Death Forest Abyss?
Death Forest Abyss is a horror escape game set in a secluded forest.
Players control Kazuki Uchida, whose moped breaks down while he takes a shortcut toward a remote hotel. The main objective is to find four replacement parts and leave the forest. Creatures connected to a past massacre pursue him, and contact causes immediate death and a return to the beginning. There is no save function, so progress depends on completing the escape in one run. Purple square objects scattered around the forest reveal bonus memory content. Movement uses keyboard controls, while the mouse controls the camera and bike steering. The game also supports unrestricted streaming.
How Death Forest Abyss plays
- 01Four-Part Escape

- 03Bonus Memories
- Purple square objects placed throughout the forest unlock additional memory content.
- 04No Save Function
- The game returns progress to the start after death rather than offering saved checkpoints.
