What is Dead Secret Circle?
Dead Secret Circle is a horror mystery adventure set in 1971 Chicago, five years after Dead Secret.
Reporter Patricia Gable investigates a serial killer at a condemned apartment building inhabited by seven residents, each with information to conceal. Players search the building for clues, hidden documents, and other items, then review evidence and solve puzzles to uncover its secrets. The game uses first-person exploration and includes branching dialogue paths, multiple endings, and a collection of hidden objects. The Laughing Man can be evaded or hidden from, but cannot be fought. A remastered update reworked the characters, lighting, scenes, and shaders for modern PCs. The soundtrack was composed by Ben Prunty.
