Our take on Dead No-Head
The central quest is unusually literal for an action-adventure: Norix is searching for his own head. The journey pairs that premise with exploration, puzzles, and abilities that include perceiving invisible things and manipulating time.
What is Dead No-Head?
Dead No-Head is a third-person action-adventure game about Norix, a dead man resurrected for a mission who remembers that The Absent took his head.
Explore caves, forests, jungle areas, and other environments while investigating The Absent and searching for Norix's head. Progress includes environmental puzzles, combat with hostile inhabitants, and learning abilities. Norix can perceive invisible things and manipulate time. Experience gained can be used to upgrade his weapons and abilities. The story follows Norix from his return from the dead through his journey toward becoming a survivor. The developer says the puzzles and combat draw inspiration from older 3D games, and the game has an original soundtrack composed by Harda Hatta.
