Our take on Dad Quest
The defining mechanic is also the central joke: the child functions as an indestructible projectile, with the Dad teaching combat skills before launching the child at enemies.
What is Dad Quest?
Dad Quest is a story-driven 2D platformer built around comedy and parenting.
Players choose a male or female Dad, raise a child, teach new combat abilities, and use deadly toys while travelling through Chapters 1–3. The child is an indestructible weapon that can be thrown at enemies. The adventure includes pixel-art environments, characters encountered across the game world, and a retro soundtrack. Its structure combines platforming with a chapter-based story, while combat centres on launching the child toward dangerous foes. The complete package contains the first three chapters and presents the game as a self-contained Dad Quest adventure.
