Our take on Cursed Deal
The role-switching design trades away stable alliances: a teammate can become a hostile creature, and the match objective can change after a transformation. This creates uncertainty but limits the game’s fit for players who prefer consistent teams and clearly separated sides.
What is Cursed Deal?
Cursed Deal is an online player-versus-player horror game for up to five players.
One player, cursed after betraying a vampire cult, hunts cult members and can turn them into creatures on his side. The cultists must complete a ritual to gain vampire powers while hiding, surviving, and using special abilities. When humans become vampires, the match can shift as teams and objectives change. Gameplay includes looting, traps, jump scares, character customization, leveling, passive abilities, and in-game 3D voice communication. Players encounter opponents with different powers, and a former ally may become a hostile creature during the same match.
How Cursed Deal plays
