Our take on Cult of PiN
Run-based progression trades consistency for variation: table rules, bumper behavior, Glyph choices, and Ball properties can change the approach between attempts. That structure suits experimentation, but players seeking a fixed sequence of stages may find less control over how each run develops.
What is Cult of PiN?
Cult of PiN combines pinball with roguelike progression and deckbuilding-style choices.
Players strike bumpers to deal damage, complete missions for table-wide attacks, and buy Glyphs that alter each run. Destroying every bumper advances the current table stage, while difficult targets, ramp shots, Table Traits, and changing bumper behaviors require adjustments during play. The game includes 4 tables, 6 difficulty settings, 100 unlockable Glyphs, 16 bumper types, 8 Balls, and 8 random Table Traits. Hidden bonus tables and additional Balls and Glyphs become available across runs. Reaching Act VI completes a table, after which endless mode supports Monthly and All-Time leaderboards for each table.
