Our take on Crimson Moon
The defining structure is a repeatable mission cycle: fight through a run, return to the Church for upgrades and planning, then take on new missions with added modifiers and achievements.
What is Crimson Moon?
Crimson Moon casts players as a Nephilim, a human-angel hybrid fighting demons, undead, vampires, and Hellgrowth abominations in the fallen city of Gildenarch.
Missions focus on close-range combat, supernatural powers, weapons, angelic transformations, and encounters with the Dead Gods. Play alone or with a friend in cooperative mode. Between missions, the Church serves as a base for upgrades, non-player character interactions, and War Table planning. Successful runs present new missions, modifiers, and skill achievements. Dynamic difficulty scaling adjusts each mission to player skill, while higher settings provide greater rewards. Nephilim powers can also grant temporary abilities for stronger attacks during a run.
