Our take on Cranked Up
The bounce point arrives in the harder control scheme: movement depends on firing the correct rocket at the correct moment, and a mistimed input can send the donut in the wrong direction. Time-trial and Floor is Lava modes add further pressure for players who already find precision platforming demanding.
What is Cranked Up?
Guide rocket-equipped animal donuts through a single-player campaign spanning 50 levels in two worlds.
The game combines rolling, jumping, bouncing, pushing, and rocket control, with a story objective involving the rescue of Mr. Mug and the collection of sugar canisters. Standard difficulty uses familiar platforming controls, while a harder setting requires timed activation of directional rockets to navigate each area. Hidden levels and additional donut characters can be opened by collecting items. Chrono mode focuses on completing stages against bronze, silver, and gold ghost times, with rankings for friends and global players. Floor is Lava mode modifies each level and instantly ends a run when the donut touches the burning floor.
