Our take on Coffin Dodgers
The combat-racing design gives up conventional motorsport focus in favor of mobility scooters, improvised gadgets, zombies, and the Grim Reaper. That unusual setting gives the game a narrow identity, with its race structure centered on one championship across four areas.
What is Coffin Dodgers?
Race through Sunny Pines Retirement Community as one of seven residents competing against the Grim Reaper and his zombie army.
The game combines scooter racing with player combat, homemade weapons, gadgets, and rag doll physics. Its 13-race championship is divided across four areas, with rankings determining progression; finishing last allows the Reaper to take a racer’s soul. The final race in each area is a direct contest between the player and the Grim Reaper. Modes include a single-player story, time trials, online races, and local versus races for 2–4 players. Mobility scooters can be modified, while the setting becomes increasingly apocalyptic as the Reaper’s influence spreads. Keyboard and controller support, Steam Trading Cards, and Achievements are also included.
