Our take on CHESS with LASERS
The chess framing may suggest familiar rules, but matches add lasers, rotating pieces, specialized units, shared-control pieces, and scenario-specific setups. Its structure is closer to a tactical board game built around chess-like victory conditions.
What is CHESS with LASERS?
CHESS with LASERS is a chess-like strategy board game in which players move or rotate pieces, then fire a laser at the end of every turn.
The objective is to destroy the opposing king without hitting allied pieces. Units have different abilities and weaknesses: Disruptors can disable nearby pieces, Splicers divide a laser into two, and Portals can create attacks from behind. Green pieces may be controlled by either player. Matches support local play on one computer, online multiplayer, and single-player games against AI. The game includes tutorials, replay viewing, timed competitive rules, varied scenarios, and an editor for custom levels. Created maps can be played locally, online, or against AI.

- 06Replay Viewing
