Our take on Cavern of Dreams
The defining constraint is Fynn’s peaceful approach: danger exists, but the game removes combat and builds its progression around platforming, puzzles, exploration, and collecting.
What is Cavern of Dreams?
Play as Fynn, a young dragon exploring the Cavern of Dreams to find his stolen, unhatched siblings.
This 3D platformer combines exploration, platforming, puzzles, and collectible hunting across four open-ended worlds linked by a secret-filled hub. Collect 40 eggs, mushrooms, cards, and other items while meeting unusual characters, including a tree, a mermaid, and a sentient soup dumpling. Eggs let the Sage grant Fynn new body parts, such as a tail and wings, opening routes into previously inaccessible areas. The game has no combat; dangers are handled through movement, exploration, and puzzle-solving. Each world has its own theme and multiple versions of its musical theme.
