Our take on Caution Ahead: Part 1
Rather than following a single exploration or survival format, the game combines lodge investigation, escape-room puzzles, and stealth. Its replay structure adds a harder puzzle variant and a timed run without cutscenes.
What is Caution Ahead: Part 1?
Caution Ahead: Part 1 centers on John Rand, a rescue worker looking into Elena Peterson’s disappearance in Richburg National Park.
When he loses contact with his colleagues, he follows the route back by himself and tries to leave an isolated lodge where he is held. The horror game mixes roaming, puzzle-room tasks, and stealth survival. Its three chapters are Connecting the dots, Breath of fresh air, and Back to square one. Standard offers the regular playthrough. Finishing it opens Torture, a Chapter 3 replay with a tougher puzzle, and Speedrun, which adds timed play while cutting cinematics. This installment begins a planned three-part horror series.
