Rather than keeping brick breaking inside fixed rectangular stages, the game places ball control in connected 3D spaces and combines it with platforming, shooting, puzzles, and pinball. Its structure also adds story chapters, boss encounters, medals, and speedrun goals to the core format.

Caromble!
combines brick breaking with pinball, platforming, trick-shot puzzles, and physics-based movement in a 3D adventure. Players guide a ball through interconnected playfields rather than enclosed classic-breaker levels, charging the paddle to produce stronger shots. Standard powerups include Grow and Multiball, while Arkatrons add abilities linked to shooting, platforming, puzzles, and pinball. The game includes boss encounters that test these abilities, plus six story chapters centered on recovering the Arkatrons and confronting an ancient threat.
