Our take on Bugvasion TD
Active tower maintenance gives the defense a hands-on rhythm, but it leaves less room for passive observation. Replacing supplies and managing abilities compete with the usual tower-placement focus, making upkeep part of the central workload rather than an occasional task.
What is Bugvasion TD?
Defend a house room by room in a tower defense game where alien-possessed bugs attack through 20 levels, from the attic to the basement.
Towers require active upkeep, including replacing canisters and batteries, while special attacks and abilities add direct actions beyond placing defenses. Interactive objects such as glue tubes, ZEP dispensers, and hot sauce bottles can be used with towers and attacks to create effects such as fire, electrocution, and chain reactions. Completing levels awards tech points for unlocking and upgrading towers and special attacks. Randomized event waves alter encounters and may provide advantages or disadvantages. A humorous storyline, quirky characters, badges, achievements, points, and leaderboards round out the campaign.
