What is Born Punk?
Born Punk is a point-and-click adventure set on Bornholm in 2155, where a former combat hacker, a corporate CEO, and a malfunctioning android become possessed by mysterious entities.
The trio investigates the beings’ origins and intentions while working together and sometimes against one another. Gameplay combines dialogue, exploration, and puzzles across an animated cyberpunk setting. Different dialogue and puzzle approaches can change character interactions, obstacle difficulty, and the results of actions. Every character and line has voice acting, including the cat. The game uses pixel-art presentation, a cyberpunk and science-fiction setting, humorous writing, and a synthwave soundtrack with a Nordic influence. Lore and background information are added to an in-game PDA as the world is explored.
