What is Bombernauts?
Bombernauts is an online multiplayer battle game where robot players use bombs to knock opponents from destructible voxel arenas into lava.
Matches can also involve piñatas, baseball bats, and powerups such as jetpacks, black holes, missiles, and luchador masks. Powerups can combine into new effects, while special map tiles include flammable wood, springs, ice, and mud. More than 100 maps provide different arenas, and drop-in, drop-out multiplayer allows matches to begin without waiting for every participant. A built-in level editor supports creating custom maps for play with friends. The game also includes four tilesets and focuses on explosive combat, arena hazards, and being the final robot remaining.
