The game uses semi-fixed camera angles and tank-style movement, with visuals inspired by early PlayStation games and VHS-era horror films. Its story follows the style of classic slasher movies and includes violence, mutilations, and acid humor. A playthrough lasts about 1 hour, and the story has two endings: one in which Brad lives and one in which he dies. The game supports Xbox 360 controllers.
