Our take on Block'hood
The focus on block dependencies gives neighborhood design a clear systems-management trade-off: creative construction must be balanced against supplying every connected unit. Designs that neglect resource flows can deteriorate, limiting purely decorative experimentation.
What is Block'hood?
Block’hood is a neighborhood-building simulator centered on arranging and combining more than 200 building blocks.
Each block has resource inputs and outputs, so neighborhood design depends on connecting units into productive networks and managing their interdependencies. Blocks that do not receive required inputs decay over time and may become abandoned or destroyed, requiring removal before they affect surrounding units. New blocks, configurations, and combinations require additional resources. The game includes Story Mode, Sandbox Mode, and Challenge Mode, offering different structures for designing neighborhoods and exploring ecological relationships.
