Our take on Behold Battle
Instead of giving players direct control over combat, the game makes prediction the central activity: armies clash automatically while the player decides which side will prevail. Its simulator also treats army construction as preparation for observation rather than a conventional command phase.
What is Behold Battle?
Behold Battle is an auto battler built around prediction and observation.
In the standard mode, players assess opposing armies across 20 rounds, with increasingly complex forces; incorrect guesses can end the run. A separate simulator allows both sides to be assembled before the fight begins. The game includes 72 units, including creatures with special attacks such as summoning undead minions. Battles range from small encounters to gigantic clashes, with multiple difficulty levels. Optional modes add gold betting or give each army a randomly selected spell. Completing challenges awards additional spectators.
