Our take on Battle Jacked
The range of modes and characters comes at the expense of a clearly defined campaign structure: the described play centers on custom battles, challenges, and survival runs rather than a sustained story.
What is Battle Jacked?
Battle Jacked combines tactical combat with several ways to play.
In Sandbox mode, players build custom battles, while Instant Action pits a custom team against an AI team across different modes. The Zombies mode uses a roguelite structure: fight to survive, improve a character, and collect stronger weapons. The game also includes more than 40 challenges, with scenarios ranging from a space-train pirate fight to a battle against a demon lord. Combat mixes melee fighting with guns, including machine guns, saw blade launchers, and chicken-based rockets. Players can choose from over 100 characters, including vikings, knights, goblins, cowboys, pirates, aliens, zombies, and robots.
