Skip it if you…

- Players who avoid graphic gore and dismemberment will not suit its combat presentation
Our take on King of Bones
The focus on short, high-impact arena clashes trades away the broader structure associated with story-driven dinosaur games. Its variety comes from species, modes, arenas, physics, and hazards rather than a narrative journey or campaign progression.
What is King of Bones?
King of Bones is a dinosaur arena fighting game built around physics-based combat.
Players can dash, dodge, stomp, headbutt, and strike opponents across Arcade, King of the Hill, Onslaught, Ascension, and Spectator modes. The roster contains 30 playable species, each with a distinct fighting style, while eight arenas represent different biomes and include environmental hazards. Dinosaurs, weapons, arena objects, and hazards interact through simulated bodies, allowing logs, bones, geysers, and severed tails to affect fights. Spectator and photography options allow custom dinosaur teams, AI-controlled battles, adjustable time speed, and photo capture. Combat includes visible wounds, gore, and dismemberment.
