Axon TD is a tower-defense game where map construction is part of the defense.
Place tiles to lengthen enemy routes, create room for additional towers, connect scattered islands, and on some maps establish another destination. The game includes a 40-level campaign, single-player and cooperative play, roguelite Survival, and PvP on four procedurally generated maps. Its arsenal contains 40 towers and traps, 10 castable abilities, and upgrades that add or alter tower effects. Enemies include more than 35 types with abilities such as teleporting nearby units. Online co-op supports up to four players, while the Campaign and Survival modes support two. A map editor with Steam Workshop support allows creation of single-player and cooperative maps.
