Our take on Astro Prospector
The game splits its content between a short Story Mode and repeatable Endless runs. This supports extended survival attempts but limits the campaign's length, with Story Mode listed at approximately 5.0 hours.
What is Astro Prospector?
Astro Prospector combines gradual progression with bullet-hell action in two modes.
Its Story Mode spans 25 locations populated by varied foes and bosses. Players extract cofferoids, steal AstroCoffee seeds from SpaceCorp, collect materials, expand a skill tree, finish objectives, improve a spacecraft, and eliminate hostile machines. This campaign takes about 5. 0 hours and offers over 200 upgrades.
Endless Coffee shifts to a survivors-like ship construction mode: endure 21 days, then continue through unlimited runs. The mode provides 9 ships with individual play styles, 5 additional weapons, over 420 upgrades, and new enemy types. Gaining levels and winning with each vessel reveals skills. Flashing imagery is present and may pose a risk to people who have photosensitive epilepsy or other light-sensitive conditions.
