Our take on ARTISAN
The defining detail is its museum death game: Link must locate and kill seven other people while commanding a ghost-like Artisan, with his fate presented through choice-based dialogue.
What is ARTISAN?
ARTISAN is an anime-influenced visual novel set inside a strange museum beyond the ordinary world.
Link wakes there and is told that escape requires killing seven fellow captives before they kill him. Failure leaves him as a permanent museum exhibit. He can call forth an Artisan, a conscious spectral weapon, while his pursuers possess similar beings. Player choices shape the story through branching dialogue, several endings, and animated two-dimensional scenes. The presentation includes adult language, sexual suggestion, and violent content, making the game unsuitable for minors.
How ARTISAN plays
- 01Multiple endings
- The story offers more than one possible conclusion.
- 02Animated story scenes
- The visual novel includes two-dimensional sequences with full animation.
- 03Artisan summons
- Link can command a sentient ghost-like entity, and his opponents can summon their own.
